It seems you are just getting started with bitcoin which is very good, so IMO I will suggest you use the DCA method that is common among investors to be accumulated bitcoin consistently until you reach your accumulating target and then hold for long term 4 to 10 years or longer in other to make reasonable profit from bitcoin bitcoin, and buying the dips and hold is also a good strategy, but it should done with spare money or within your discretionary income, but as a newbie that just getting started with bitcoin focus more on accumulating bitcoin through DCA method, since the method allows investors to purchase bitcoin regardless of the market condition, but you can also buy the dips when they occur, but do that buying with spare money just as I have said earlier.
