Most probably there was a VIP rank requirement for that bonus. I haven't received it as well despite wagering around $3k this month. And I haven't reached the first VIP rank at MetaWin yet. Looks like some selected users have received this exclusive promotion. I might try to reach the first VIP rank by using wagering to check out the VIP loyalty system of MetaWin.
