You've already made it clear by mentioning shasan as a lender in the forum and we periodically don't know what does who're borrowing the funds are using them for. Maybe gambling but since they don't owe the forum explanations of what they needs the money for, we can't tell if they're using it for gambling or not.
As for obvious gambling and lending sharks, I don't think that can be possible because this forum doesn't have a running or active gambling platforms that where we gambles if not for the crypto casino's with the signature campaigns run here.
Perhaps we can always borrow money On or Off the forum for gambling and it makes no difference foem the service of shasan.
