AI / Shitposters / sig spammers / trolls / large farms trying to sway opinion. It's what most of the internet is today.
Here where there is actual money being discussed and people trying to scam their way into it it's going to be worse.
Lets be honest for Ayre to spend a few thousand dollars a month (at most) to pay a few dozen people to spam here it's really pocket change to him.
Do you really think all the pro knots people were real too? I know you know better but it's the same thing.

Wait, are you telling me luke is getting paid to promote knots? And from your post I understand that that person actually might be Calvin Ayre. Then whoever it is pushing knots aggressively could be in the same payroll as luke.
Interesting theory. Possible? For luke, yes it is since he lost his stash to a hacker because of his shitty security practices and he might want to take a shortcut to get rich by fucking all bitcoiners over.
But then Nick Szabo also supports knots and I always thought he was one of the good guys. That makes this theory a bit shaky. I miss the old days when we were all united against bcash and bsv.
Luke is (probably) not getting paid to promote knots, it's his own project. He is making his BTC back from the 2% skim that ocean.xyz takes in fees

But, neither one posts here that much.
I was talking about all the new user pro knots posts here (and elsewhere). Had a bunch pop up on a semi-private hardware board I'm on saying how great knots is.
Or long dormant accounts that came back to life to say knots is great, when their last post was in 2019.
