KD is a superstar. Alpi is on the way to become a superstar. Amen Thompson may be an All-Star next few years but he needs to increase his stats.
We all know that no matter how well you play, no matter how good you are on defense, if your stats aren't great you don't get selected as an All-Star. Plus, it's very rare for 3 players from the same team to make it. With KD and Alpi already there, it's hard for the Rockets to get a 3rd All-Star. But that doesn't mean Thompson is just an average player. He can definitely be better than this.
