Not really, but I sometimes compared whether I was gambling like them or not. It is very important just to know if we are heading far from what we did before, because sometimes we don't see it. We only get surprised if someone tells us. It is some sort of awareness. At least we know our current situation.
I don't want to put myself in question that I was already heading in the wrong direction because I neglected to see it before.
One of the things that makes a gambler to be responsible is self examination, if you can always examining yourself to see if you are still doing well in your gambling activities it means you are responsible. We don't need to wait for other people to tell if we are gambling much or not because every gambler have the duty to check if they are gambling more or not. It is completely irresponsible when a gambler fmdobr even know if the threshold for gambling is more.I don't want to put myself in question that I was already heading in the wrong direction because I neglected to see it before.
