Local board meriting is helpful and should be encouraged. We want local boards, we need local boards. And we don't need them for the forum, but for Bitcoin in its entirety. 
I can't argue in favour or against Mia Chloe, because I'm not active in their local board. But if you have an argument and proper evidence to prove it, I suggest that you create a thread in the relevant boards (Reputation, Scam Accusations etc).
