Hi, I scrolled down and saw that there are many boards, are there any different rules for all the boards.
Moreover, many countries may have their own local boards, can every member post there or is there any obligation to follow in this regard?

Read these two topics carefully first. And then what you should do is follow the members who are in a very good position in the forum and see what they are doing and what kind of posts they are making. And find your local board so you can understand everything better from your local members.
