If you read all of this person's posts, it's easy to see that something bad was happening in his life, causing him to hate everyone and the world. The review he left for one person reads more like crying and beating a pillow or a dummy for something that didn't work out for him. Instead of accepting his mistakes and doing something about them himself, he needed to take it out on the review, but I don't think it was specific to that person.
