Your account ranking will change as you gain attention due to your uniqueness through your posts. Each person's assessment is different. I also started out as a Brand New and a Newbie.
On local boards, it's very helpful in achieving the development you desire. In my opinion, don't focus too much on account ranking because there's more important information to learn in this forum, namely Bitcoin security and proper storage. This forum is where we discuss it.
