The latest update from the Premier League clubs competing in the Champions League this match day reveals quite satisfying results, with the exception of Chelsea yesterday.
In this match, Arsenal won 3-0 against Club Brugge, keeping Arsenal comfortably in first place for the time being. Unfortunately, Newcastle United managed a 2-2 draw against Leverkusen, but they still make it into the top 12, just above Chelsea.
And most incredible was Manchester City's highly anticipated 2-1 victory over Real Madrid, which saw them climb to fourth place.

I think all the premier league team did well in this last round aside from Chelsea that lost against Atalanta on Tuesday. It can even be argued that all the premier league team are performing well in champions league this season, which is a good thing for the league. It's very possible that all the premier league team will make it to the last 16 the way its going right now. I really want to commend Arsenal and Manchester City for their win yesterday, because I think they both deserve it and they are also the 2 premier league teams that are in the top 8 and hopefully they will be avoiding the playoff, which is good for them.
