Hi, I scrolled down and saw that there are many boards, are there any different rules for all the boards.

Moreover, many countries may have their own local boards, can every member post there or is there any obligation to follow in this regard?

I want to know this from you,Through what process can I organize myself and reach the ranks of respected members?

Firstly, understand why you are here, I don't know the reason but you do, if you're here to just get ranked up , well there's no shot cut to this, there must be some level of contribution that will get you there.

Help solve people's problems:
if you already got cryptocurrency knowledge or Bitcoin in quote, teach others what you've learned, your a newbie doesn't mean you may not have any crypto knowledge, teach others based on your experience in the space, both the good and the ugly ones, it definitely will help someone trying to navigate their way in this industry, this way you get rewarded with merit when people see your genuine contributions to the community which then helps you grow in ranks with time

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1689727.0, this link will help you get a better understanding of what qualifies you to each rank.
