It's true that England will probably not be that great, and yes it is true that they did not win a single world cup since 1966 which goes to show you that England is not a good national team and while I agree that premier league is great, England has sucked for decades now. Brazil is the weird one out, normally they joined every single world cup there has ever been, never missing a single one, and if it wasn't for a few last games they had, this year could have been the first ever.
