Even Manchester City are not really doing well, their performance had dropped since last season.

Last season was one to forget for Pep Guardiola and Manchester City, but they are doing much better this season. They are not yet at their best, but we have to remember that even in their good seasons, they are usually impeccable during the run-in. So we cannot actually judge them now. If they stay close enough to the top of the table, then in March or so, they could kick into their best form and go on one of their famous winning runs, which more often than not culminates in City winning the title.

Pep Guardiola is not who we say he is. He's not going to retire any time soon because he's determined and ambitious to win the English Premier League titles and also including the UEFA Champions League title. With Pep Guardiola and his formidable squad, Manchester City are capable of winning any games without stress. This is what we love to see and talk about because a team like Manchester City can win games comfortably.

And this is why Manchester City really needs consistency to win games, because if they don't have, it will be difficult for continuity, and this is something they need to keep. Right now we can say that Manchester City is playing better and they only need to maintain this if not, it will be difficult for them to win title.
We can see the hard work Pep., has been putting, just the build the team, and we can gradually see the progress in the teams. If he can continue with this, then I know it will be the way more easier for them to win trophies this season.
