This takes away users freedom of speech and goes against everything this forum stands for IMO.

There are x amount of signature campaigns running, then you have x amount of participants, and more campaigns that come every week or 2. Rarely do we see a dead period of more then a few weeks without another campaign opening.

Companies and managers want those campaigns full so word is being spread, but if we only accepted the best quality posters, only a few spots per campaigns would be filled. So some spots are taken by who you consider shit posters, but everyone has a different opinion of quality. Not everyone is going to be a scholar and write these perfect paragraphs.

Then you have to look at the payrates and your "quality" users likely earn more then regular medium/low quality posters. If companies weren't trying to save every penny they could, managers could attract more quality posters but even then you're going to have lesser quality posters in every campaign.

I agree with some of your opinions, but I do feel like you could express your opinion differently. I don't get butthurt but as you see some of these people do. Obviously you have already stated you don't care, but you'll attract more bees with honey. You're gonna do what ya want, just offering some advice.
