You have no proof. You are spreading confusion here.
You should see this thread,who has gained the most merit despite being new. The point is not that newbies cannot gain merit, the point is that if you do not gain proper knowledge, and keep writing nonsense, then your reputation will get worse. Write less and read more in the forum. Then you will know how newbies are gaining merit. The most important thing is that no one will look down on you based on your rank. Just stop writing unnecessarily. And be useful to everyone.
