I just want to ask how much this actually matters to you.
Some casinos already have promotions running and even an ANN thread here, but the OP is basically inactive. No replies to questions, no updates, sometimes months go by without any response at all.
For me, an active representative says a lot. If they can’t even answer basic questions or update their own thread, it makes me wonder how they handle support when there’s an actual problem like withdrawals or account issues.
On the other hand, some people might not care as long as the casino works and pays.
So how important is it really for you to see an active rep in an ANN thread?

If the rep is totally silent even when there’s a heated argument against the casino's behavior I might decide to not use that site ever again because of that behavior but if the rep is the kind that’s silent but then drops one or two updates that would be great.
Another thing that will make me overlook the case of rep being inactive is when they have an active campaign from a manager that’s known by the entire forum only then can I use it because if there’s an issue the manager can sometimes help to teach them directly and get them to know what actually happened, if the person is genuinely experienced what he’s complaining about.
