Some casinos already have promotions running and even an ANN thread here, but the OP is basically inactive. No replies to questions, no updates, sometimes months go by without any response at all.
For me, an active representative says a lot. If they can’t even answer basic questions or update their own thread, it makes me wonder how they handle support when there’s an actual problem like withdrawals or account issues.
If a casino is having an Announcement thread on the forum here, then their representative should be active here, why will you just create an announcement thread and nobody will be hearing from the OP again. If a casino is having a announcement thread on the forum, and maybe they are making promotion on the forum here, their will definitely be some challenges sometimes and people will ask question, or if people are having some problems, they will request for solution on the announcement thread, and if there is no one available to solve the problem, then people will start suspecting the casino. For me, an active representative says a lot. If a casino is having an announcement thread here, then they should just have an active representative here also, they shouldn’t just create a thread and then they going to abandon it.
It became normal for lots of threads out here that they just let how the thread run then will just step up once there's an accusation and problem to solve.
Maybe casino representative are just monitoring on what's happening in the thread and they didn't participate much on the discussion when there's no situation that they need to take action.
