Hi guys, i request a little withdraw  and i was asked to go trought KYC.

And i not gonna do the KYC. I want my money back. Im not gonna do a KYC for such a litle money. Since that im not gonna wear anymore the signature from them, is a shame to see a casino requesting KYC for little money.

I like a lot of functions they have but with this for me is a goodbye.

Sorry for that but I don't know if they can proceed without the KYC but not withstanding, please can you send me your 1win ID so I  send it to them for possible solution.

I have been waiting 8 days for my withdraw since KYCing and emailed them at <security@1win.social>
Before KYC I withdrew and got the funds in less than 5 minutes, now after KYC my withdraw isn't being paid?

I didn't even want to do the KYC but because I have good money in the account I felt the need to, how is it taking over a week to reply to my email?
