I just want to ask how much this actually matters to you.
Some casinos already have promotions running and even an ANN thread here, but the OP is basically inactive. No replies to questions, no updates, sometimes months go by without any response at all.
For me, an active representative says a lot. If they can’t even answer basic questions or update their own thread, it makes me wonder how they handle support when there’s an actual problem like withdrawals or account issues.
On the other hand, some people might not care as long as the casino works and pays.
So how important is it really for you to see an active rep in an ANN thread?
Though having an active representative of a casino on this forum is crucial and builds trust for the community to believe the casino is actually genuine and wants a fair service, but having an active customer support team that responds to gambers complaints on time via the platform chat feature or Gmail is what matters most, because not every user of such casino will be aware that a forum like this exists to channel their complaint.
