Well, that obviously makes a difference, I would personally never play in a casino that doesn't have an active team or representative where they have their presence. If you have a presence in a forum or somewhere else, it's important that you also have an active representative to manage the affairs, make updates, and keep the users who are interacting with the platform updated about everything happening or about to happen, because this encourages them to keep using the platform and will not let them go somewhere else instead.

So obviously for me, if a casino has an ANN somewhere, like in this forum, but they don't have an active representative to answer to questions or keep the community updated, I wouldn't like that casino and I would rather move to a casino which has a more active team who is always ready to listen to the community and their customers and ready to solve their problems and keep them updated about promotions, rewards, and everything else that matters.
