I just want to ask how much this actually matters to you.
Some casinos already have promotions running and even an ANN thread here, but the OP is basically inactive. No replies to questions, no updates, sometimes months go by without any response at all.
For me, an active representative says a lot. If they can’t even answer basic questions or update their own thread, it makes me wonder how they handle support when there’s an actual problem like withdrawals or account issues.
On the other hand, some people might not care as long as the casino works and pays.
So how important is it really for you to see an active rep in an ANN thread?
It's definitely positive sign, at least at the start, when casino is more or less unknown. But i don't mind if they don't address on every question in the forum. Essential part of any announcement thread is that, the thread isn't self-moderated and freedom of speech exists. Even if that brings out fudsters and trolls, it shows some transparency and willingness to take accountability in form of allowing commenting. Any kind of restricting of commenting from OP of the ANN would be red flag.
