I just want to ask how much this actually matters to you.
Some casinos already have promotions running and even an ANN thread here, but the OP is basically inactive. No replies to questions, no updates, sometimes months go by without any response at all.
For me, an active representative says a lot. If they can’t even answer basic questions or update their own thread, it makes me wonder how they handle support when there’s an actual problem like withdrawals or account issues.
On the other hand, some people might not care as long as the casino works and pays.

The presence of representatives in any thread is crucial for our crypto community here on this forum, and we all know this very well. Because they're the ones who can provide reports to the casino itself about the prevailing situation here on the forum, since their market consists largely of forum members who also enjoy gambling.
And if we see that there's no active representative or nobody responding to any issues or problems regarding the casino they're operating and promoting, this won't create a positive impact particularly on the trust of our gambling community here. This is also problematic because it can damage the casino's reputation itself.
