Going to add 1 a day as long as I can and do only 1 set per day.
Everyone has a different way of working, different routines. I don't want to interfere with that, but how useful it is to do just one set of push-ups and stop is very debatable. Usually the first 2-3 sets are just about properly warming up and activating the muscles. You really hit that burnout feeling in later sets. Instead of doing a single set to failure, it's more beneficial to do several sets gradually and then go to failure. That's also how it's explained scientifically.
I came back today with 200 push-ups. Have a great weekend everyone.
