I just want to ask how much this actually matters to you.
Some casinos already have promotions running and even an ANN thread here, but the OP is basically inactive. No replies to questions, no updates, sometimes months go by without any response at all.
For me, an active representative says a lot. If they can’t even answer basic questions or update their own thread, it makes me wonder how they handle support when there’s an actual problem like withdrawals or account issues.
On the other hand, some people might not care as long as the casino works and pays.

I completely agree that having an official representative here is crucial, it goes far beyond a simple presence... they are very important when we have problems. There are some "reputable" casinos without representation here that take more than 3 days to resolve blocked withdrawal issues (reports I've read). But generally, those who have a thread and good representation here resolve similar issues on the same day because they know that public feedback is very important, forcing them to act faster.
Of course, it depends a lot on the representative. If it's someone who just says "open a support ticket" and does not actively mediate, then it does not help at all. A good representative needs to have some autonomy to resolve certain problems or be an intermediary between the community and support to expedite simple issues.
