I believe they can't spread those kind of links here easily. Because majority of people in Bitcointalk is well informed towards those schemes they have done. So if they spread the same link here in thread or even on other casino threads they will still get reported and get banned again.

Maybe on other social channels they can do it but, if there are people out there warn towards those phising links they spread for sure same result they won't succeed on their evil plans.

Yes in other social I mean because it could be that hard for them to succeed here again because people who already know how they operate could likely get them reported, but when it comes to social handle they could easily do that and those who doesn't know about may likely fall victim to such links. Again before accessing any link from Media it's best advisable to check and confirm from the source if that is actually the right link or site to visit.
