Why did you go ahead making additional deposit knowing too well that the initial didn't get credited to your account and you went forth making another deposit. When you no that it didn't get credited to your Account why didn't you make used of another deposit method, such as using cryptocurrency, maybe TRX or usdt instead of repeating same action with fiat?
