I prefer email and password with 2fa because sometimes I'm at a place I will not have access to my secure email address but still might want to do some spins on my phone. If I happen to be logged out it's enough to sign in with the 2fa. Honestly these basic security features are there for your benefit and not anyone else's.

Email only login is not that secure. If you don't have many funds in your account I guess ok otherwise taking risks is not worth it and 2fa should be available.
