The scammers, posing as our service, acted as follows:
first, they asked you to send funds directly to their payment details, and only afterward imitated an exchange through the website. This procedure is not used by our service and does not relate to real Simplex operations.
Please note:
* any exchange is possible only after creating a request on the official website;
* payment details are provided exclusively within the exchange request, not via private messages;
* we never accept funds directly in chat and never ask users to send money “in advance.”

This is the same user he’s a scammer who stole my money. You can check the previous chats; we always did exchanges through the site where I shared order IDs with him. Yesterday, he gave me his wallet address instead. He’s the same scammer, and everything he’s saying now is a lie.
