Yes, there will be if the account is not a member rank, like what I see on your profile, because most of the purchase accounts are mainly for the purpose of using them to join signature campaigns, which, with the current rank, I don't see that happening. 

And now, account buying is taken very seriously. If not for the purpose of spamming, scamming and in a hurry to start earning, I don't see any reason why people purchase accounts.

Are you really experimenting with something, or are they indirectly dropping a public offer showing you have an account(s) to sell or to be sold?
