I get you, losing streaks have a way of making even the setups you trust seem wrong, and your confidence will drop faster than you would expect expect. I used to just stop completely, take a break, and hope it would come back, but I noticed that slowing down my size while still staying active works better.

Small wins, even tiny ones, do more to rebuild belief than long pauses ever could. Losing is part of the experience, yes, but with confidence you bounce back and keep your mindset moving. Take it into account your mistakes and adjust without letting them shake you completely. Momentum in how you think about the market matters just as much as price moves and staying consistent even in small ways keeps that momentum alive.
