Well I haven't encounter such situation before but a friend of mine had experienced such before which I helped him sort things out for him, the casino seized his wining and he don't know what to do so he quickly rush out to my place to seek for help from me then I just followed the process and fortunately they was able to pay out the wining rather he was charged for it which I don't really know thier reasons for doing that so after that I ask him to stay very clear from that casino.
