Don’t be so sure about Liverpool, it’s too early to count them out of the title race much less the top 4. As for United, I’d wait till the lineup are available before calling it a Manchester United victory. Knowing Manchester United I wouldn’t bet on them to win even if it’s against the most underperforming teams in the premier league.

I also think Liverpool could still surprise, but not in a dramatic way.
She certainly has the time and the way to improve, but I see it as hard to see her climb to the podium, perhaps for fourth or third place she has hopes, considering the small points gap.
Manchester United, even with a full lineup, doesn't give me confidence. They've had a decent season, they haven't played as a team of their caliber should. I don't expect anything great from them. They also have few points of difference for third and fourth place, but on the pitch they don't give me confidence.

I don't know how much their recent win could help motivate them to keep doing better but I feel it could go a long way to put then back on track, as for qualifying for the top 4, the chances are high for Liverpool but they're out of the title race for sure, i don't see Manchester City or Arsenal losing so many points that would allow Liverpool to see an opportunity to climb up.

Manchester United have improved a bit but I don't trust them to be consistent so to be on a better side I'll advise that bettors rethink about picking them in their bet except they're going for other options like over 1.5 or so.
