in Men's Big Bash League Perth Scorhers defeated Sydney Sixers by 5 wickets. Sydney Sixers opens inning first with Baber Azam and Daniel Hughes but both the openers don't give a positive start to the team and Baber scores only 2 runs and Hughes loses his wicket on duck and in middle order Josh Philippe played a well inning of 28 runs and also Jack Edwards played a well knock of 46 runs and at the end of the innings Sydney Sixers set a huge target of 114 runs for Perth Scorher. Perth Scorher opens inning with Mitchell Marsh and Finn Allen but both the openers don't give a positive start to the team and Alen scores only 16 runs and Marsh lost his wicket early on duck but in middle order Cooper Connolly played a very aggressive inning of 59 runs and also Ashton Turner scores 16 runs and Perth Scorhers easily chase the target of 114 runs and won the game by 5 wickets
This was the first bad game of this league in which SS's performance was not better owing to which they lost. SS's players turned out to be weak, owing to which their target was also very weak, which made PS win easy. SS's players wasted balls and they reduced themselves in their defeat. owing to the same performance of their players, their target was also 113. If they had struggled, their target could have been better. Their opponent PS players made this won their destiny in 11 overs. Their better performance and struggle made their players improve and they won. PS also had some players who played badly, but those who played well managed to win. If SS's players had supported each other together, they could have won with better performance.
