Saudi Arabia invested a considerable amount of money in their sports, and it will be the host of the FIFA World Cup in 2034. We will have to wait another nine years to see this happen. Some of us won't be there to watch the World Cup.
I hope you were referring to the fact that there is quite a large time difference between the US and Saudi Arabia, which means fewer people will be able to watch the games, and not because you believe that many people will die within nine years Wink

We Europeans will already be dealing with the time difference issue next year at the World Cup in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Most of the games will start early in the morning, so it will be almost impossible to watch them live unless you are on vacation and can sleep in the next day. For someone who works, however, this is almost impossible.

Well, these days  even if the timing is a bit off in some regions. I would personally prefer to stay up all night to watch my favorite teams playing a FIFA World Cup match. This even comes after four years and cannot be missed. One may have to sacrifice his sleep for a few days and get a holiday once or twice a week if you're doing a job  Wink
Still, if anyone can't manage all this, then watching recording of the matches is not a bad option.
