I wouldn't touch Ekitike. He'll rotate with Isak, both will probably collect decent points but they are not worth the price tags.
Liverpool is without some important players so there is also an option in which Isak takes the striker role and Ekitike plays out wide - not sure you'd want him then.
With all the injuries in Liverpool squad and especially if Szoboszlai is out as well, I think Eketike minutes are now secure.
