Please share the full conversation with customer support so we can make a proper judgment.
As far as I can see, customer support said that “pending approvals will be processed in the order they are received.” To be honest, this doesn’t make much sense when they claim that withdrawals are supposed to be instant. However, we still need the full conversation before making any conclusions.
