Most casinos now use AI chatbots for their live support, offering options to speak with a human agent as well. But I haven't seen any AI assistant that recommends betting odds or games for players. I think this will be kind of controversial. If AI suggests something to a player and they follow it, only to lose the bet, they may blame the casino for this. They can blame saying that the AI is rigged and the casino did it to make players lose. So, the casinos have to keep this in mind if they ever plan to include AI assistant.
I think the AI can help the user to find which games better suits his play style
Some casinos have way too many games and I often get lost trying to find any game that I am familiar with (as many games have a learning curve). Ai may help to identify and to help the user to play the games (like explaining rules and goals )
