Like I said initially it's more of what the contents of the link points to. I wasn't a hundred percent sure at first but dkbit98 just confirmed I'm right from his reply. If those same newbies were to send you a PM with those same links then you'll definitely see a warning just before the PM.

Gambling links are not much of a target in this case but I want to assume the mods still have a series of routine check on those links probably to verify.
