Since you accidentally signed up for an account at this casino, it is better to tell the casino to block the account of one of them so that there is no suspicion later, it is better to use the first account than the second account that you just registered.

And the second account does not have any deposit or withdrawal activity so that account alone is blocked.
Try asking their support for this issue.

Yes, that conclusion does suggest itself. But there is another problem. For the account I created today, I did not remember the username. I also used a disposable email address, which I did not keep either. Of course, that account needs to be deleted. But I cannot even explain exactly what should be deleted. And if I now log into my old account, for which I do have the login and password, the casino will immediately notice that I am accessing two accounts from the same device or the same IP address.

Overall, the restrictions are overly strict. It would be good to soften them. It makes sense to forbid using bonuses on two different accounts. But banning even the very attempt at re-registration pushes away customers who made such an attempt by accident.

The casino itself seems quite decent: no verification required, fast withdrawals promised, and plenty of payment methods available. The only thing needed is a more lenient policy toward multi-accounting.

Just look at clause 3.2.
