I think this forum is toxic for newbies. Because I noticed that most of the time those who are here with big titles like Legendary, Hero members get more Merit. I have proof of that. I just think that maybe it is quite difficult for us newbies. Can you tell me what I can do to get more Merit.

Here you go.. Sent you one merit for asking questions that should ideally prompt your improvement. I can't say a hundred percent that newbies aren't kinda sidelined but what I can say is we have very few newbies who want to contribute positively to the forum. If you genuinely want to stick around positively I'd advise you to read as much as you can. And the thread I created has been deleted.
There are loads of information scattered around you just have to get accustomed with the forum including posting and the rules here.
