I have been waiting 8 days for my withdraw since KYCing and emailed them at <security@1win.social>
Before KYC I withdrew and got the funds in less than 5 minutes, now after KYC my withdraw isn't being paid?

I didn't even want to do the KYC but because I have good money in the account I felt the need to, how is it taking over a week to reply to my email?
Sorry for the inconveniences. Please send me your 1win ID so I will forward it to them to resolve the issue.

And if any other User has an issue Dm me with the 1win ID and describe the issue for possible resolution.

I see you're offering to help, but I'm not sure if you're an official representative from 1win or not. If you really work there, you should be able to coordinate directly with the relevant department that handles these issues without needing to ask for players user ID.

I'm worried about giving my 1win ID to someone who might not be from the official team. For security reasons, it's better to contact customer support through their official website and email.

I also hope supergambler11's issue gets resolved quickly since this is about a lot of money, even though the KYC process has already been completed.
