AFAIK, that substance was found on his supplements, and that doping wasn't intentional, at least that's what WBC is saying. Maybe it got mixed with his supplements? Who knows. 
Accidental ingestion is always the WBC’s default position. They said the same thing about Canelo, Oscar Valdez, Luis Nery, Francisco Rodriguez and Alycia Baumgardner when they tested positive. You have to suspend disbelief to take the WBC’s word that every single one of their champions is always innocent.
