If something like this happens, it's a terrible image to the casino, even though it's just an accusation, and this is one strong reason why something like that should never be considered because gamblers will always look for an excuse to blame the casino when they lose, so AI assistant when making selections to gamble on should never be considered now or in the future since it has the potential to bring the name of the casino into the gutters.
That's easy to do if, instead of generic AI, you use a specific AI agent that you've given a series of instructions to, which is what I imagine casinos do. Ultimately, I think that little by little, as AI improves, it will end up almost completely replacing human agents for this type of customer service. Although today, it's nice that they give you the option of speaking to a human operator because some of them have shortcomings.
